Running Your Company Using Scrum in Agile Approach
Wednesday, January 27, 2021
1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
For More Information:

Most company founders think Agile and Scrum are only used to improve the efficiency of their software development efforts. While that’s certainly understandable, Scrum can actually be used to improve the work output of any team in any industry. As an example, OpenView VC uses Scrum throughout the entire firm. Sr. Partner Dr. Jeff Sutherland (and creator of the SCRUM methodology) says “At OpenView, we’ve found that Scrum can double the production of anything – it doesn’t matter whether it’s sales, marketing, software, finance,”.  Learn from a successful serial entrepreneur what Scrum is and how you can apply its principles to improve performance of your company.
